The ready-to-use tribotechnical composition is designed to treat compressors, blowers, vacuum pumps in order to restore performance and extend the life.
Designed for 50 liters of oil in the lubrication system.

Composition: nanostructure antiwear anti-friction repair and recovery composition NEODRIVE.
Properties:
• anti-friction (reduction of friction losses)
• anti-wear (reduced wear rate)
• anti-seize (increase in ultimate load of setting friction surfaces)
The tribotechnical composition "COMPOSITE" forms a protective servo-like film on the friction surface.
The film has high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. It compensates for the wear of the material on the surfaces of the parts, reduces their roughness and, at the same time, keeps the lubricant on the friction surface, thereby providing more comfortable working conditions for the parts of the friction unit, which leads to an increase in the service life. It is important that the resulting nanomodified film is stable, and its positive effect on the state of rubbing parts during operation only grows over time and persists when changing the oil.
The tribotechnical composition does not affect the characteristics and condition of parts made of composite materials, ceramics, and rubber products.
Compatible with all oils used in industrial equipment, does not enter into chemical reactions with oil, does not change the viscosity of the oil.
The tribotechnical composition of NEODRIVE is not an oil additive.

The sequence of application of the tribotechnical composition "COMPOSITE":
1. Warm up the equipment to a working temperature of at least +50 g.
2. Pour the required amount of tribological composition into the oil through the filling device at the rate of 10 ml of the composition per 5 liters of oil.
3. After making the composition, it is necessary to immediately begin the operation of the equipment and operate in normal mode for at least 30 minutes.
Note:
1. Processing of equipment can be carried out both in old oil (if before the next scheduled oil change at least 20 moto / hours), and during a scheduled oil change.
2. Processing composition "COMPOSITE No. 1" is designed for 1000 motor / hours.
