NEODRIVE IS A TRIBOTECHNIC COMPOSITION OF A NEW GENERATION.
NEODRIVE tribological compositions are a suspension consisting of a fine powder of a multicomponent mixture of natural minerals, which allows during normal operation to form a new friction structure on the friction surfaces of nodes and mechanisms, which differs in the most optimal tribotechnical properties.
NEODRIVE compounds are designed to increase the effectiveness of preventive and scheduled maintenance in the normal operation of cars, special equipment, industrial and hydraulic equipment, restore performance and protect against friction of mechanisms and assemblies, significantly extend their service life, reduce friction, restore the geometry of parts, optimization of gaps, increase compression, reduce fuel consumption, electricity, vibration, noise, heating during operation.
The fundamental difference between NEODRIVE formulations and other antiwear products is the ability to create new friction surface structures based on metal crystal lattices directly during the normal operation of friction units. The compositions are designed for each friction unit and are tested in the laboratory on a friction machine.
